01 Why cant we just use the salesman?

Ever buy a firetruck that couldn't fit in your bay? Ever find out that your apparatus is not fully equipped to handle a job that you do often and need to do well? Ever discover that certain parts of your rig are predictably failing after a short period... only to hear that that is the spec you called for and signed off on? These things have all happened and continue to happen because departments are sold these apparatus. They can't possibly afford to have people with the expertise necessary for proper purchasing on staff at all times. We are here to help when you need us, and for whichever tasks you need us for, so you don't end up with a costly mistake.
02 Our department has been buying apparatus for years with no assistance. Why should we change now?

Due to increasing federal and national standards, apparatus have become more and more complicated over the past couple decades. To properly choose what's right for you, you need to know the ins and outs of the proposal and buying process. Even if your department has the time to research and make all the right decisions, you then have to have a trained eye to know they were implemented correctly. Finally, you need to know how to use your rig appropriately when it arrives. We've come to an age where this process can become a true burden to departments without trained engineers, technicians and trainers on staff.
03 How can you save us money?
We are able to look at the short and long term viability of your proposals. Just because its the lowest bid, does it exceed or just barely meet your specification? Will it then break down constantly over its life cycle? Who will service the vehicle? How much does it cost to repair? All these questions, if answered properly, will give you the true picture of the "cost" of the vehicle, not just its up front price, which could save you thousands over its service life.
04 Who do you work for?

We are contracted by your department and work only for you! We protect your interests throughout the buying process and make sure the manufacturers are delivering exactly the rig you need for your purposes. We are there to provide the highly technical expertise required to understand the purchasing process with today's rigs.
