Zach has been a member of the fire service for over 20 years in both volunteer and professional capacities. He is also a trained aerospace engineer who designed fire apparatus for a major manufacturer. He has experience on both sides of the buying process, from the point of view of the customer to the concerns of the manufacturer.
Mike Smith
Business Advisor
For over forty years, Mike has been everything from a professional nuclear firefighter to a volunteer chief. His experience with volunteer departments is without parallel, but he also has many years of experience as a mechanic, an equipment saleperson and as a fleet director for over 2,000 vehicles.

Adam (Jed) Smith
Training Team Leader​
Jed has been involved in the fire service for almost 20 years, serving in both New York and Virginia. He is an experienced training lieutenant who has worked with both recruit classes and experienced firefighters. His motivation and knowledge are an asset to any effective training program.
