Specification Assistance
From the start, we will help make sure your specs are written with your department's needs in mind, not the manufacturer's. Once you know what you want, we can help you include as many manufacturers in your RFP as possible to get the best rig for your money. Finally, we can sit with your committee and review bids line by line to compare with your RFP and against other manufacturers to make sure you know exactly what you're buying.
Apparatus Inspections
We will begin with preconstruction: sitting in on your meetings and guiding your committee through the process. We will also meet with manufacturers, engineering, and sales to ensure compliance with your original requests. For mid-point we help you inspect major components before assembly to ensure accuracy and quality. Lastly, at final inspection we will check all facets of your apparatus before it leaves the facility to make for a better transition to your firehouse.
Training
Make sure your department is making the most of your investment by maximizing the training you offer your staff. Our team will design and implement training plans for both new and in service rigs to get all players on the same page and using your purchase to the utmost.
